Dr. Natalie Miller is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Maryland, College Park and completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia in 2017. One of her research interests focuses on the developmental pathways leading to ADHD. Currently, she is studying whether individual differences in infant temperament can provide any
predictive information about the development of ADHD symptoms in childhood. Another line of research examines how the ways that children attend to and interpret social information contribute to their social and emotional functioning. The goal of both these research avenues is to aid in the early identification of at-risk children, with the ultimate goal of informing targeted intervention efforts to improve children’s quality of life.
